How to prevent cellulite

What is Cellulite?
Cellulite is an issue that affects many people; mostly occurring with women rather than men.(Yes even fashion models get Cellulite!) 
It is mostly is seen on thighs, arms and the buttocks area for women and may be seen even on women who are thin. It gives the appearance of lumpy skin that does not look smooth . 
It can be caused by many things, in particular poor blood circulation,lack of exercise, hormones and eating foods high in fat / carbohydrates.
What if I have Cellulite? Can I fix it?

Cellulite is very common with women, however there are many ways in which you can prevent it or help remove it without medical procedures. It takes some hard work but can be done!

Keeping the body hydrated, drinking water and eating foods that are low in fat such as lean meat, fresh fish, vegetables, and nuts, in conjunction to using a Cellulite Bristle brush is great for improving blood circulation to the skin. Exercising regularly will also help blood circulation , as well as doing exercises targeting the buttocks and thighs to firm and tone these areas. 

It takes time to see results but small changes over time make great results!
